Days of Working: Three days 07:15am - 14:45pm, Three days 14:30pm - 22:00pm, Three days off
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming service while ensuring the safety and security of the site. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital part in maintaining a secure and well-managed environment by monitoring building systems, managing access controls, and supporting health and safety procedures. The position requires a proactive and diligent individual with strong communication and customer service skills, who is committed to upholding high standards and contributing to a safe and efficient workplace.
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as a first line support to employees and visitors to site, providing a professional and friendly service.
- Support a safe working environment for staff, residents, and visitors by adhering to Health and Safety legislation, policies and procedures, and reporting any damage/defects occurred.
- Controlling access door and gates, checking vehicles as necessary.
- Fire, security and building systems monitoring.
- Service area barrier control and traffic management.
- Issuing and checking of security passes.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Must have Right to Work in the UK.
- An enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance will be completed for the successful candidate
- SIA Licence
- Strong people and customer service skills
- Good diligence and high standard of work
- Effective communication skills
