About The Role:

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, their premises, and the public. This role requires vigilance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond promptly and effectively to security incidents.

17:00pm - 05:00am
 

Key Responsibilities:

 
Provide a professional and friendly front-of-house service.
Manage access control for staff, visitors, and contractors.
Providing a high standard customer service.
Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
Assist with general enquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with all security procedures and protocols.

Candidate Requirements:

Valid SIA Frontline Licence (essential).
Previous experience in a concierge or reception role (essential and to be evidenced in application).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varied 8 to 12-hour shifts on days.
Professional appearance and demeanour.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a security role is preferred but not essential.
  • Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence.
  • Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Good physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to incidents effectively.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • A professional and customer-focused approach to work.
