About The Role:

Working Pattern:

5 in 7- Variable within role to cover a 24 hour operation predominantly day time shifts

As a Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the contract operates within Health & Safety policies and procedures, and in line with COSHH and risk assessments. You will act as the first point of contact for our client and OCS management, work with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns, organise rotas, and complete wage and other paperwork. Additionally, you will manage equipment, materials, and stock levels, assist with training, and provide regular reporting on operational performance.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure that the contract operates within H&S policies and procedures and in line with COSHH and risk assessments

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Must have right to work in the UK
  • Experience in a similar role - BICS qualification preferred
  • Strong people management skills
  • Good attention to detail and high standards of work
  • Strong communication skills - essential for client liaison
