About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Varied 
 
To provide exceptional cleaning services across the venue, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety before, during, and after events. The post holder will work closely with Event Cleaning Supervisors and other team members to deliver a welcoming environment for visitors, guests, clients, and staff.
 
Key Responsibilities
Carry out cleaning duties across all designated areas of the venue to the highest standard.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas, event spaces, back-of-house areas, offices, washrooms, and circulation spaces.
Support event operations through pre-event, live event, and post-event cleaning activities.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in accordance with company procedures and health and safety requirements.
Report directly to Event Cleaning Supervisors and follow all instructions and work schedules provided.
Always communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and colleagues.
Promptly report any maintenance issues, damage, hazards, accidents, or concerns to the Event Cleaning Supervisor.
Use cleaning equipment, machinery, and chemicals safely and responsibly, following relevant training and COSHH guidelines.
Replenish consumables including soap, paper products, and sanitation supplies as required.
Assist with waste collection, segregation, and disposal in accordance with venue procedures.
Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues where required to ensure operational success.
