Responsibilities:

Cleaning of washrooms, communal areas & floor space
Cleaning of office spaces, staff areas, stair wells & car parks
Vacuuming, sweeping dusting, mopping & damp wiping
Litter picking, litter collection, emptying of bins & disposal
Sanitisation of touch points
Use of cleaning equipment both handheld and ride-on.
Reporting of any equipment faults and health and safety concerns
Adhering to all health & safety guidelines
Attend relevant health & safety training
Attend all training deemed by the company necessary to perform this
Other cleaning duties that may be required from time to time

The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

Must have right to work in the UK
Can-Do, happy to help attitude
Ability to work alone or as part of a team
Flexible with working hours and days
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize work loads
Good communication skills

Desirable

Previous experience working in cleaning
Previous experience of working with cleaning machinery (Ride-On / Handheld)
Previous experience of working the public
Passing GSCE Grades (or equivalent) in: English, Maths
