We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and hardworking Housekeeping/Food Service Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position plays a key part in ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and providing high‑quality food service for residents/guests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Service Duties:
- Serve freshly prepared meals and refreshments, providing attentive table service.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organised, and welcoming before, during, and after service.
- Carry out general kitchen duties, including washing dishes and maintaining hygienic working conditions.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
Housekeeping Duties:
- Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, conference rooms, and communal areas to a high standard.
- Carry out daily and deep cleaning tasks as required.
- Complete in‑house laundry duties, ensuring items are washed, dried, and stored appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns promptly.
