About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Coordination: 
  • Meticulously review the Morrisons Daily asset register to encompass all required changes and updates are incorporated into the Morrisons Asset Master register. Ensure all necessary PPM requirements are notified to the PPM Co-ordination team for necessary amendments to the PPM plan and record all such changes for the purposes of accuracy and support any internal or external audits. 
  • Preparation and Quality Control: Ensure all submitted Asset Change Forms are completed correctly with all the required details to allow changes and updates to be made within the Asset register. Ensure these are cross referenced with the necessary NRM and SFG20 codes. 
  • Communication, Compliance, and Improvement: Facilitate effective communication liaison for operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with standards for accuracy. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving enhancements in survey operations. 

Main Duties:
  • Asset Management: Meticulously administer all asset and PPM changes across the Morrisons Daily estate ensuring updates are made in a timely fashion to support the fast-moving environment of a convenience store client.
  •  Provide oversight to the management of asset tags to ensure that the use of these is tracked and recorded.
  • Take responsibility for the issuing of tags to various parties for use in the field when assets change. 
  • Planned Maintenance: Ensure all planned maintenance for all in scope assets is identified and assigned to each individual or group asset. Work closely with the Planned Maintenance Co-ordination team to ensure all plans are implemented as required. Complete these actions where necessary within Concept. 
  • Quality Control: Thoroughly check asset data input and output information, promptly rectifying inaccuracies to maintain data integrity before asset data quality assurance. 
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate on strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives, operations and deliverables. 
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards, emphasizing compliance in all aspects of asset management. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance survey processes and overall efficiency. 
  • Data Management: Oversee the collection of data, ensure quality assurance, and manage data related to assets, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. 
  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues or challenges during asset survey operations, implementing corrective actions as needed. 
  • Customer Reporting: Assist in the production of customer facing reporting such as Forward Maintenance Plans, Lifecycle reports, Asset Condition reports, CAPEX investment reports and ad-hoc reports based on the asset data captured. 
 
Qualifications:
  • Excellent MS Office 365 skills, particularly excel 
  • Experience in CAFM systems use such as Concept Evolution 
 
Experience: 
  • Familiarity with the industry or sector in which the asset management operations are conducted. 
  • Previous experience in asset management, including data collection, analysis, and quality assurance. 
  • Experience in coordinating on-site logistics and managing resources efficiently. 
  • Understanding and experience in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. 
  • Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing enhancements in processes. 
  • Experience in reporting and analysis  
  • Highly organised and detail focused
