About The Role:

Based on client site in either Cork or Dublin, managing locations across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Scotland (remote coordination with periodic site visits as required).

 Role Purpose

The Facility Coordinator will support the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of facilities-related services across extensive above Ground Installation (AGI) portfolio. This role ensures compliant, safe, and high-quality delivery of planned, reactive, and emergency facilities services across a large and geographically dispersed network of operational gas assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing contractor activity
  • Supporting operational teams
  • Controlling costs, and maintaining safe, compliant, and well-presented AGI sites.
  • Planning & Coordination
  • Develop and maintain annual, quarterly, and monthly service plans.
  • Act as point of contact for emergency and reactive works, ensuring safe and efficient close-out in liaison with client Operations teams.
  • Contractor & Vendor Management
  • Manage contractors and verify works completion.
  • Compliance, Safety & Technical Assurance
  • Financial & Budget Management
  • Support financial control, budget monitoring, and cost reporting
  • Reporting & Administration
  • Maintain CAFM records and reporting.

Essential Hiring Criteria:

  • Facilities coordination or asset management experience
  • Experience using CAFM / FM systems for work order management and reporting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Understanding Health & Safety requirements
  • Full driving licence.

Desirable:

  • Experience in utilities or gas environments
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or project delivery.

Additional Information

On‑call and out‑of‑hours support required during critical works or incidents.
