About The Role:

Following a period of rapid growth, OCS Group UK Ltd, an expert in facilities management, has created an exciting new role for an experienced ERP & CAFM Program Planner, to support the Program Director in a challenging, diverse and rewarding role of central importance to OCS Group UK Ltd.

 

Reporting to Program Director Rob Hendy, the successful candidate will be an experienced program planner of CAFM & ERP (Dynamics) migration programs, co-ordinating the transition activity to enable the business to deliver this key integration objective in line with our 5yr strategic vision and plans for growth.

 

This role will include working closely with senior C-Suite internal stakeholders at Exec and Board level and operational & support team SME’s to ensure all aspects of the ERP / CAFM integration are covered to the required quality, legislative and compliance standards.

 

The role requires the candidate to work to agreed project planning standards and methodology ensuring that the integration program delivers on expected benefits on time, quality, and budget. This includes the preparation and maintenance of all project documentation, project plans, risk and issue logs, reporting requirements and EXCOM & Board presentations. Overall management of integration activities, deliverables, and resource. The role will actively support the Program Director in delivering this complex integration and therefore requires the candidate to be well versed in high pressure environments, C-Suite communications and governance protocols as well as a working knowledge of ERP / CAFM systems.

 

You will be competent in managing large and complex integration programs, handling large volumes of data and laser focused on delivery and detail, multi-tasking, matrix management meeting deadlines. An engaging and clear communicator, you will instill confidence and belief in your internal stakeholders; your communication skills will enable you to build long-standing collaborative relationships with stakeholders and colleagues alike. You will be a driver for excellence, quality and innovation.

  • Stakeholder engagement, incl able to operate at Board/SLT steerco

  • Artefact creation

There will be an expectation for the post holder to spend their time working from home or one of our offices in Ipswich, London and occasionally Glasgow. However, travel is funded in line with our Travel and Subsistance policies to attend client and or internal meetings. The CMO Program Team provide outstanding support to our business and customers, Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 however, flexibility to meet the needs of the business is essential.
