You will work closely with pre-construction, commercial, design, and operational teams, contributing to tenders from early enquiry stage through to final submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tenders for construction projects
•  Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Attend tender review meetings and contribute to bid strategy
• Identify and assess commercial and contractual risks
• Maintain accurate records of estimate assumptions and exclusions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with supply chain partners
•  Assist with handover of successful tenders to delivery teams
