About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Varied shift pattern for casual cover. Either 8 hour or 9 hour shifts between the hours of 7am to 10pm.

The Dual Services Officer is a highly visible role carrying out security/customer service and facilities support functions where required across the shopping park. Ensuring that such areas maintained in a safe and secure order and excellent standards of customer service are given to all our customers.

Main Responsibilities: 
  • Adherence onsite security tasks, reports and functions.
  • Adherence to onsite health and safety procedures both contractual and company.

  •  Adherence to onsite cleaning and facilities management, reports and functions, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained.

  •  To be fully conversant with all on site procedures in accordance with the client’s assignment instructions, service level agreement and company policy.

  • Responsible for onsite administration and reporting systems in relation to their role – to include fault reporting, accident reporting, logging of machine use, fuel levels

  • Maintain and clean all site-based equipment and adhere to all safety procedures and PPE

  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

  •  Ensure lost/stolen /found property is dealt with correctly in accordance with on-site procedures

  •  Ensure a high-level customer service presence for the Shopping Park.

  • To comply with all security & CCTV compliance guidelines in line with the appropriate held Security Industry Authority license.

  • Ensure all tasks allocated are carried out to timescales given along with regular electronic handover/updates where applicable

  • Adhering to all strict company confidentiality agreements & Data Protection policies 

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
  • Front line security experience with confidence working in the sector is essential
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential for this role
  • SIA CCTV Licence is preferred however not essential as training can be given
  • Confidence within independent working.
