• Providing a professional front-of-house presence, delivering exceptional customer service to visitors and staff. 
• Meet, greet and welcome all visitors, staff, and contractors professionally. 
• Maintain a welcoming and professional front-of-house environment. 
• Provide information and assistance as needed. 
• Undertake a seamless visitor sign-in/sign-out process 
• Ensuring all duties and tasks are carried out with precision and attention to detail. 
• To be alert in respect of both site and local environment 
• Managing access control and monitoring visitors, staff, and deliveries in line with company procedures. 
• Promptly responding to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, escalating as required. 
• Completing accurate and detailed incident reports, maintaining clear records for security operations. 

• A valid SIA licence (SG or DS) is essential. 
• Experience with CCTV systems is preferred. 
• Proven experience in a front of house security role, ideally within a high-profile or corporate environment. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain professional at all times. 
• A proactive and vigilant approach with exceptional attention to detail. 

• Competitive pay rate of £14.80 per hour.
