Shift Pattern: This role is working night shifts. 9am until 9pm or 10pm until 8am. You will work on a 4 on, 1 off and 4 on, 2 off shift rotation.
You will be a part of the team which plays a pivotal role in ensuring guests safety and enjoyment for thousands of guests on site. We promote a proactive and diverse culture delivering great customer service to all our guests whilst ensuring the safety of our guests, staff and assets at the London Eye.
The day to day you will consist of being part or a response team patrolling the London Eye, interacting with guests, checking bags and personal searches, back-of-house patrols, Incident and crowd management, asset transfers and being a part of an amazing team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service to our guests, in line with company values ensuring that our targets are being met. This requires professionalism during every aspect of the role
- To practice Conflict Management successfully across the area, resolving issues whilst ensuring the safety of all guests, staff and protection of all of the areas.
- Carrying out bag checks, personal searches, patrols and being vigilant at all times. Guest interaction is very important and world class customer service as per given training
- Interact with guests and ensure any issues are resolved to the best of your ability
- Patrol the Resort being vigilant for any threats to the safety of the area
We are looking for:
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate in an effective and positive manner with all customers and colleagues
- SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential
- SIA CCTV Licence is essential
- High level of motivation both self and in a team
- Proficient in English language
- Team Player and ability to work independently
- Lead and uphold required standards in moments of conflict or violence and deliver good results
- Interpersonal and relationship building skills within team and networking with other employees at the resort
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to talk to all types of guests
- Problem solving and decision-making techniques
