Contract Manager

Days of working:

Monday to Friday

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the delivery of all services in your specific area to provide consistently high levels of performance that meet contractual obligations to customers and the strategic objectives of the division
• Delivering training to employees as required
• Oversee orders of stock to your sites and the monitor usage
• Motivating site managers, supervisors and staff throughout the area to deliver high quality service
• Ensuring accuracy of scheduling system and employee compliance with booking procedures and payroll

What are we looking for?

• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
• Experience working with employees as a line manager/supervisor in any business area
• Evidence of "hands-on" operational experience
• Proven background of managing, motivating, developing and retaining a dispersed workforce though others
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and delegate effectively to direct reports
