Shift Pattern: Working 4 on, 4 off. Shifts are 8am until 8pm with a 2 hour unpaid break.
OCS Group are recruiting for a Mechanical/Electrical Shift Supervisor to join the Southbank Centre on a permanent basis.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the day to day operation and maintenance and the team. Includes Subbie supervision where required
- Ensuring all the Critical plant checks
- To ensure all teams PPM and repairs are carried out as necessary, in line with the contract SLA
- To ensure all reactive tasks are completed in a timely manner, in order to meet the SLA assigned
- Required to safely operate and maintain the HVAC, HV, L8, Mechanical and Electrical systems and associated equipment on site, in line with the current legislations
- To maintain a good working relationship with customer representatives and work in a manner which ensures all aspects of the service agreement between OCS and the customer are delivered, with the right levels of professionalism
- Adhere to Safe systems of work, this includes harness, lanyards, step and tool checks
- Ensure all log books are being kept up to date, and TBT are being completed monthly
- Handover reporting between shifts
To be successful you must have:
- Right to work in the UK
- To be able to commit to the shift patterns of 4 on, 4 off, including weekend work
- Experience within a similar role is essential
- Ability to train, coach and guide other members of staff
- Experience working within Mechanical/Electrical works, including PPM's
- Great customer service skills
