In this role, you will be responsible for setting, monitoring, and continually improving the standards and compliance framework that underpins our airline presentation. You will play a crucial part in ensuring every aircraft departs with exceptional levels of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance in line with both OCS and airlines expectations.
You will act as the subject‑matter expert for cleaning standards, quality assurance, audit governance, and compliance controls across the contract always driving consistency, reducing risk, and supporting operational teams to excel in a fast‑paced aviation environment.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, maintain, and continually improve the standards frameworks governing aircraft presentation.
- Ensure all cleaning specifications, task schedules, and service requirements are up to date, clearly communicated, and consistently applied across all sites.
- Drive a culture of quality excellence aligned with brand expectations.
- Ensure all cleaning and aviation support activities comply with relevant Health & Safety legislation, airline requirements, airport regulations, and OCS policies.
- Oversee compliance audits, inspections, and corrective action plans, ensuring findings are resolved promptly and sustainably.
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation and ensure governance processes are robust and transparent.
Audit Management & Performance Monitoring
- Lead a comprehensive audit programme, including planned inspections, spot checks, and joint reviews with the airline.
- Analyse audit outcomes to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide clear reports, dashboards, and performance insights to operational leads and client stakeholders.
- Work closely with operational teams to embed best practice, support training needs, and strengthen the understanding of standards and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and efficiency through innovation and operational feedback.
- Monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and support teams in achieving consistent service delivery.
- Build strong working relationships with the airline’s operational, safety, and customer experience teams.
- Represent OCS at standards reviews, compliance meetings, and continuous improvement forums.
- Ensure open communication and collaborative problem solving, strengthening partnership trust and performance.
Safety, Risk & Incident Management
- Support the investigation of safety incidents, service failures, or non‑compliance issues, ensuring root causes are identified and addressed.
- Champion safe working practices across all operations and ensure teams understand their responsibilities in maintaining a safe environment.
- Promote a proactive approach to risk management.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in quality management, compliance, auditing, aviation operations, or standards‑focused roles.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety principles and regulatory requirements (aviation industry experience desirable).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive performance improvements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, educate, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A meticulous, detail‑oriented approach with high personal standards for accuracy and consistency.

- Be willing to undergo CAA regulated vetting and security clearance.
