Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate the full lifecycle of reactive maintenance tasks and installations, including logging requests, assigning work to internal or external teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion.
· Prioritise maintenance activities based on urgency and operational impact, ensuring adherence to all service level agreements (SLAs).
· Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of task progress, outcomes, and resolutions within relevant systems.
· Manage and close planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks in accordance with scheduled maintenance plans.
· Liaise with service providers to confirm work completion, verify quality, and address any issues.
· Manage document control and maintenance databases to ensure information is accurate, compliant, and easily accessible.
·Use procurement systems to raise purchase orders, track approval workflows, and manage the end‑to‑end transaction process.
· Collaborate with finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely processing of payments
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
- Experience with procurement and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, or similar)
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
