About The Role:

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scheduler Manager to oversee all scheduling operations across the Morrisons Retail Security Contract. This role is key to ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time, while leading and supporting the Scheduling Team and maintaining excellent client standards.

You will work closely with the Control Room and Operational Management teams to ensure all security coverage is compliant, efficient, and delivered to a best-in-class standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day scheduling of security staff, ensuring full cover for leave, sickness, and absences

  • Ensure rotas meet contractual requirements, including peak periods

  • Oversee the Scheduling Team, including attendance, holidays, performance, and training

  • Monitor time & attendance systems to ensure accuracy and reduce pay queries

  • Ensure all deployed staff are fully trained and hold valid SIA licences

  • Act as the main point of contact for scheduling issues, incidents, and escalations

  • Maintain strong communication with management and clients

  • Support audits and ensure compliance with company and client standards

  • Maintain confidentiality at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • SIA Licence (Non-Frontline)

  • Strong planning, organisational, and leadership skills

  • Experience managing rotas and scheduling in a fast-paced environment

  • Confident communicator with a strong customer focus

  • Good IT skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Ability to manage people, performance, and HR processes

  • Knowledge of Timegate (desirable)

  • Proactive, professional, and solutions-focused approach

Working Pattern

  • Office-based role

  • Occasional site visits may be required
