As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure all team members are providing appropriate levels of service, competently, as laid out in the Operating Procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with all identified legislation, i.e. H&S, SIA Licensing & Risk Assessments.
- Ensuring that all KPI's including search and patrol standards are exceeded.
- Be the single point of contact and escalation for any security issues within the complex, between OCS and the Client.
- Take responsibility for recruiting, inducting, coaching, motivating, developing and, where necessary, managing the performance and scheduling of your direct reports.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Must have Right to Work in the UK.
- An enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance will be completed for the successful candidate
- SIA Licence
- Strong people and customer service skills
- Good diligence and high standard of work
- Effective communication skills
