About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday - Friday. Remote working, some travel may be required.

We are seeking a Project Operations Support Analyst. The candidate will provide operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of projects across the organisation. This role focuses on maintaining project governance, tracking progress, managing documentation, and supporting project teams with technology and processes to achieve successful outcomes.

You will be responsible for supporting the integrated management system, central administration and communications for the HMCTS Security contract. You will be the Contract SharePoint site lead and identify opportunities to exploit functionality for continuous improvement and innovation. This will include management of documentation, and SharePoint lists. 

 You will be innovative and the contract representative within OCS Innovation forums. You will identify opportunities to share initiatives with the contract and deliver projects. You will share our best practice initiatives with the forum.  You will be supporting the delivery of the Sustainability and Social Value Management Plan and related objectives and targets agreed with the client.

You will work closely with and actively support other team members regarding Data quality, Reporting and insights to identify continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence at multiple levels, developing and improving complex business processes.

 

Key Responsibilities you will have:

Project Coordination:
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
  • Coordinate resources and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Operational Support:
  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and risk logs.
  • Support compliance with governance frameworks and internal standards.
  • Contract representative for NOVA innovation initiatives.
  • Contract representative for ISO27001 compliance activities.
  • Completes any other work as outlined by the SMT as directed by Quality and Performance Manager.
Data & Reporting:
  • Collect and analyse project data to produce status reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor KPIs and escalate issues to project managers as needed.
Tool & Process Management:
  • Administer customer technology suite of tools (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as a point of contact for project queries and updates.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication between teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

  • Experience in project support or operations within business environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
