Electrical Compliance Manager – North

About The Role:

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and man-age a team of supervisors and engineers across multiple contracts and various client sites.
Oversee the delivery of Fixed Wire Testing, Electrical Remedial Works, and Thermal Imaging to ensure compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.
Ensure all works are completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and performance of the team.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.
Conduct audits, inspections, and quality checks on completed works.
Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and compliance.
Support the professional development and training of team members.

Essential hiring criteria:

Recognised electrical apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.
City & Guilds 2391 (Testing & Inspection) or equivalent.
Proven management experience, ideally within a compliance or testing environment.
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Strong knowledge of electrical compliance, health & safety, and industry best practice.
