As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Effectively coordinate financial and administrative functions for the Contract Management Team.
  • To manage data input, payroll hours, stick management, purchase orders and any other financial functions required to enable the monitoring and accurate accounting of the Profit and Loss Account.
  • Manage the administrative elements of the contract including memos, QA reports, client reports, coordinating diaries, marketing and merchandising and any other administrative requirements.
  • Input and maintain data on OCS systems ensuring that any queries are dealt with, purchase orders raised and good receipted, sales orders raised, liaison with helpdesk to ensure full compliance to SLAs and accurate billing raised to client.
  • Produce accurate, timely and professional management reports, marketing and merchandising information, memos and communication for use at unit and client level.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Must have Right to Work in the UK.
  • An enhanced DBS will be completed for the successful candidate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
  • Experience with large contracts
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Concept, Concerto and Timegate is desirable
