This role sits within our Aviation & Gateway business division that provides facilities services for airlines and airports, including Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) assistance, porterage, cleaning, security and baggage screening services, aircraft secure cabin cleaning, security services and immigration presentation services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Aviation & Gateway market.

About The Role:

Overall purpose of the role:

The main aim of the role is to be responsible for the effective support to Operation and to the reporting Operations Manager. Responsible for preparation reports and spreadsheets, monthly payroll, stock control and ordering through SAP, onboarding process and assistance in recruitment, selection and vetting of staff externally and through the agency, in line with business policies.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Preparing monthly Payroll
  • Assist in the management of absence (sickness/annual leave/lateness), tracking absence
  • Help in managing recruitment processes
  • Assisting with raising vacancies via OCS recruitment portal
  • Support an authorised signatory with vetting and Airport ID pass applications
  • Ensure personal files are maintained as per the OCS policy.
  • Assist management application of SAMP/Lateness process.
  • Order and issuing of uniform and consumables.
  • Managing SAP procurement and PO processes
  • Input Agency time-sheets

 

Previous Experience / Qualifications Required    

  • Office / administration experience
  • Payroll Administration experience ideally Time Gate
  • Ideally experience in SAP procure to pay system
  • Able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Demonstrates consistent excellence in standards, behaviors, knowledge and skills.
  • Good communicator on all levels.
  • An organised person with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast moving and challenging environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously. High energy, calm under pressure, real team player.
