About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am until 5pm

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervise the engineering team to ensure a safe and profitable delivery
  • Complete technical & safety visits with OCS Engineers to ensure that the contracts remain complaint 
  • Assist in attending monthly meetings to provide an reports to the site-based Contract Engineering Manager
  • Support the welfare and performance of the engineering team
  • Work on areas covering when other staff are not available
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical services division with in OCS
  • Assist the Technical Manager in improving the process and service delivery on the contract

You should meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience of managing / team leading or supervising small works projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable, efficient, helpful and professional at all times
  • HNC in engineer discipline
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
  • Experience at a supervisor level within a similar role
  • Right to work the UK
