About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Casual

Key responsibilities:

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing a variety of hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages
  • Greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Keeping the bar area clean and organised, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and in good working order
  • Monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available
  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Ensuring that all drinks meet the company’s quality standards and are presented attractively
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards
  • Working closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a similar role is required
  • Hold relevant qualifications, have knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety is a must
  • Demonstrate high standards and be well organised
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills are essential

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Must have the Right to Work in the UK
  • Ability to handle different situations and find practical solutions
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time-management and organisational abilities
  • While not always mandatory, having a food hygiene certificate (Level 2) is advantageous
