About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
 
Responsible for the PRM (Passenger with Reduced Mobility) /HBS (Hold Baggage Screening) and Cleaning Departments. Maintain an allocated client base within budgetary guidelines, ensuring customer satisfaction through provision of a quality service as laid down in the contract specification
  • Client liaison/quality control
  • Client and Internal Audits
  • Wages administration
  • Budget control
  • Staff management
  • Business development and administration
  • Control of company assets (vehicles, equipment etc)
  • Ensure all action and decisions comply with Company policy
  •  Flex/Avtech Audits, weekly/monthly reports, monthly SLA reports, Passenger/Customer Service reports.
  • Weekly roster planning and monitoring for PRM/HBS/ Cleaning depts.
  • Ensure pre-determined budgets set by senior management are met.
  • Staff Management.
  • Business Development & Administration.
  • Control of Company Assets.
Essential Hiring Criteria:
 
  • Previous management experience
  • Ability to work and multitask within a fast paced and high-pressure environment
  • Have a five-year checkable work record
  • Previous airport experience is an major advantage but not essential
  • Proficient in computers and IT systems
  •  Good communicator, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with persons at all levels, including those with disabilities, and from all backgrounds
  • Have a disability confident approach when assisting PRMs
  • Self motivated, adaptable to change and able to use own initiative
  • Good time-keeper and willing to maintain a high level of grooming
  • Committed, respectful and enthusiastic
  • Caring, thoughtful and empathetic personality
  • Ability to handle shift work, including weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Ability to speak, read and write English effectively
  • Full Clean B Driving Licence held for more than 2 years
