As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing meals and food to meet the specifications of guests in a timely manner
• Ensuring kitchen staff adhere to set standards, procedures, department rules and sanitation requirements
• Managing the kitchen inventory and ensuring supplies are fresh and of high quality
• Ensuring proper food temperatures when cooking and proper storage afterward
• Taking charge of kitchen opening, closing and other side duties as directed by the Executive Chef

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Must have Right to Work in the ROI
• Experience as a Chef with a passion for food in a high volume area
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations
• Food safety qualification/working knowledge of HACCP
• Good team-working skills and a flexible approach to work
