About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • As part of the HR Team, manage the recruitment platform (Eploy) in support of hiring managers to effectively recruit and onboard new employees.
  • Responsible for onboarding employees from offer stage through contract issuance and set up on company systems including SAP & Timegate (scheduling).
  • Ensure information and supporting documentation are accurate and adhere to employment law regulations i.e. Proof of ID, address, PRSI, Right to Work, security screening etc.
  • Process onboarding within Service Level Agreements timelines.
  • Produce reports as required and data access requests.
  • Assist with general operational recruitment e.g. reviewing applications, organising interviews etc.
  • Provide support to the HR Team during busy or leave periods, e.g. managing the HR mailbox and general ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Essential Hiring Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment or HR Administration
  • Very Strong IT skills including MS Office 365
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Software would be an advantage, although not essential.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own work whilst working on a variety of tasks.
