About The Role:

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing accurate, professional and timely advice to employees and line managers on employee relations issues such as performance management, absence management, company policies, employment legislation and all leave applications such as maternity leave etc
  • Supporting and advising managers throughout the disciplinary and grievance processes including drafting associated letters to employees
  • Ensure compliance with HR legislation and ensue that policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Provide coaching to newer members of the team
  • Support Head of HR as required

What are we looking for?

  • Solid knowledge and experience within Human Resources
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Third level qualification, ideally in HR
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel
  • Knowledge/Experience of SAP is desirable although not essential
