As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Carry out planned maintenance activities
• Perform electrical/mechanical maintenance on building services.
  
• To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met
• Issue of Permits to Work

What are we looking for?

• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  
• UK Driving Licence
• A relevant engineering qualification in a mechanical or electrical discipline 
• Previous experience in a similar role
