About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the security operations team by completing site visits and managing and being the point of contact for out of hours issues.
  • Have an input with security management administration, including, security risk assessments,
  • Support with the management of the workforce, including training through completing toolbox talks
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the security team and other departments to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Assist in responding to security incidents, ensuring appropriate measures are taken to resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Ensure all security operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies
  • Provide regular reports and updates to Management on the status of security operations and any incidents.

Essential Hiring Criteria:

  • You must have the right to work full time hours in Ireland
  • Must hold a valid PSA licence
  • Must hold a valid driver’s licence
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the security industry
  • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise tasks, and be flexible with working hours Days and Nights (predominantly nights)
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure
