About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday to Friday

Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 16:30pm, Friday 08:00am to 14:00pm
 
Pay Rate: £22 to £26 per hour (DoE)

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of OCS, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met. 
  • Ensuring SHE standards are maintained and safe systems of work are being adhered to.
  • Carry out daily briefings and TBT’s with operatives. 
  • Working safely at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and policy.
  • Ordering or plant and materials.
  • Populate, review and sign off electrical completion certificates.
  • Ensuring a high-quality installation is being delivered in line with current standards and specifications.
  • Safe isolation of LV electrical systems
  • Review and monitor supplier inspection and test plans ensuring they are up to date and relevant to the work activity.
 

What are we looking for?

  • Applicant must have the right to work in the UK 
  • Prerequisite - Qualified Electrician, City & Guilds 2330 & 2391 or NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition.  

  • Good understanding of BS 7671.
  • Experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team.
  • Experience working within Commercial construction

  • CSCS/ECS Skills card or equivalent qualification. 

  • First Aid (preferred).
  • Driving License (preferred).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Systems.
  • Experienced Mobile Service Engineer 
  • 2391 Inspection and Testing (preferred).
  • SMSTS/SSSTS accreditation (preferred).
