About The Role:

Purpose of the role:

To ensure the profitable, efficient and safe operation of all services supplied to ENCIRC Elton. This is to include peripheral services supplied to clients such as window cleaning, pest control, hygiene or any other service provided by OCS.  To provide a quality service delivery to all customers in accordance with company procedures ensuring effective and adequate financial, budgeting and analysis of direct cost and overheads.  To retain existing business along with achieving relevant growth targets for new work.  To have an active hand on approach to the management of all supervisors and staff.

 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage the delivery of Cleaning and Security at Encirc to provide consistently high levels of performance that meet contractual obligations and strategic objectives of the client.
  • To comply at all times with Client, Company, and legal requirements such as H&S, ensuring the display of notices, first aid and accident reporting, achieving compliance with ISO standards, ensuring all staff remain compliant and legal in all their tasks and duties.
  • Control budgets for all staff, products and materials and understand full P&L responsibility for all services supplied to Encirc that fall under your remit.
  • To ensure the contract operates within all current legislative and client policies and that where appropriate, staff are made aware of their responsibilities in the regards 
  • Maintain staff records and training within legislation and Company policy using both in-house and external training schemes  
  • To ensure regular team briefings are held on all sites and all relevant company information, notices, briefings, safety alerts, TBT and CEO bulletins are displayed and accessible to all staff. 
  • To ensure the specified and correct standards of services are established and maintained and that any deficiency is reported and remedied promptly.
  • Critical Performance Measures (CPMs) / Objectives
  • Audit Compliance to ensure site maintains a minimum of 90% 
  • Maintain spending and payroll within site budgetary requirements
  • Produce a monthly ‘contract report’ for clients.
  • Compliance with withal OCS policies and procedures.
  • Internal group Health and Safety audit - Work with Group Health and Safety to facilitate achieve audit score of no less than 90%
Qualifications and Experience:
 
  • 2 years+ management experience across a range of service disciplines. Previous budget accountability including the management of a team in excess of 20 employees is essential. Management of industrial multi services contracts preferable. 
  • Must be self-motivated and results orientated with affective inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
  • SIA Licence is mandatory
  • Maintain client liaison throughout site and work closely with ENCIRC management team
  • Highly organised individual with the ability to prioritise workload and delegate efficiently to direct reports
  • Ability to mentor and develop subordinates, counselling and coaching where necessary. 
  • High degree of interest in their own personal development and future career progression.
