About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain services and operations to comply with site specific quality standards as advised by the client and Operations Manager
  • Inform Operations Manager of any training and development needs of your teams or individuals’ goals to enhance performance
  • To maintain adequate levels of stock to meet with site specific specification
  • Set examples and follow tool box talks/OCS Polices provided by the Operations Manager to ensure your teams are working in line with OCS agreed guidelines.
  • To build a strong working relationship with the client ensuring site objectives are met at all times
  • Ensure that company policy is implemented and being adhered to.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that plant and equipment is maintained and fit for purpose.
