About The Role:

Days of Working: Variable rota and shift pattern upon event needs.

A key member of the Operational team responsible for managing a team of Security Officers to ensure the highest level of security and safety of both customer buildings and personnel is met.

You will effectively manage on a day-to-day basis the operation of the security team, ensuring that an exceptional end-to-end service is provided as per contract requirements.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead security management for events.
  • Complete security event management administration on time and to the correct standard, including forecasts, costings, dot plans, security risk assessments and invoicing.
  • Plan and deliver events across the sites.
  • Constantly review processes for efficiencies and smarter working
  • Liaise with the client, Local authority, tenants and emergency services.
  • Support with the management of the workforce, this includes identifying recruitment, liaising with the scheduling department and HR

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • SIA Door Supervisor
  • SIA CCTV License
  • First Aid at Work
  • IOSH
  • Level 4 spectator safety
  • Experience in security management
  • Experience in the events or conference sector
