About The Role:

Days of Working: Variable rota and shift pattern upon event needs.

A key member of the Operational team responsible for managing a team of Security Officers to ensure the highest level of security and safety of both customer buildings and personnel is met.

You will effectively manage on a day-to-day basis the operation of the security team, ensuring that an exceptional end-to-end service is provided as per contract requirements.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Lead security management for events.
Complete security event management administration on time and to the correct standard, including forecasts, costings, dot plans, security risk assessments and invoicing.
Plan and deliver events across the sites.
Constantly review processes for efficiencies and smarter working
Liaise with the client, Local authority, tenants and emergency services.
Support with the management of the workforce, this includes identifying recruitment, liaising with the scheduling department and HR

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

SIA Door Supervisor
SIA CCTV License
First Aid at Work
IOSH
Level 4 spectator safety
Experience in security management
Experience in the events or conference sector
