This role sits within our Public Sector FM business division that provides Cleaning, Catering, Facilities Management, Hard Services, Pest Control, Security, and Carbon and Energy services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Government market.

About The Role:

Working days 4 on / 4 off 19:00-07:00 - When working days are on Saturday and/or Sunday it is a 07:00-19:00.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Provide front-line management to all security operations
Act as the designated first responder to all incidents
Assist in the implementation of new sites, including site evaluation, client liaison to identify welfare, secure keys and monitor points, and security provision requirements
Taking ownership of the contract vehicle fleet, including maintenance and issues as required
Deputise for the Account Manager in their absence

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

Must have Right to Work in the UK
SIA licensed and First Aid essential
Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
Able to interact at all levels from visitors to senior management.
Ability to lead a team with the ability to motivate, listen, support and communicate effectively
They must be able to work alone and also be fit and able to do external patrols of buildings.
Ideally would have at least two years of security experience.

Successful candidates will also be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858)
