Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our passionate and driven team based at our Ipswich office.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support the wider finance team with posting information
  • Administer the Company’s banking systems
  • Communicate with the bank relationship team on bank queries
  • Support the Treasury team with cash forecasting and cash reporting
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

 

About You: 

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK 
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is desirable but not essential 
  • Confident working in busy, fast paced environment
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Basic Excel skills.
