Driving/Recycling Operative

Shift Pattern: Weekends only, 07:00 to 15:00

• Ensure off park bins are emptied on a regular basis.
• Use of equipment such as compactors, balers, gators, jet washers, trailers.
• Collection of bulk waste e.g., metal, wood, catering equipment, WEEE (Waste Electrical, Electronic Equipment), hazardous waste such as hydraulic oil, oily rags, aerosol cans etc
• Other tasks will be set as the business needs required within the Waste Management department.
• Take pride in the job role to improve the department and recycling across the park.
• Attend monthly meetings discussing the progression of the park and department, voicing any ideas or improvements.
• Maintain a professional impression of the department when dealing with guests.
• Interact with guests to improve their guest experience
• Ensure all guests’ inquiries are dealt with to the satisfaction of the guest. 
• Compound Audits are completed.
• Will be responsible for the Weekly Vehicle & Trailer Audit Inspections.
• Ensure all training has been completed on relevant tasks before participating.
• Follow the company values and health and safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure correct PPE is always worn when working.
• Abide by COSHH regulations when handling any chemicals.
